Thieves break into unlocked vehicles on Fife Drive. Reminder: keep garages, vehicles, and doors/windows locked. 
A vehicle break-in on Fife Drive was reported to Briarcliff Police Department. The incident occurred on 12/29/09 at night time. Electronic equipment was the only items taken from the vehicles. The vehicles were left unlocked.
Police want to remind residents to lock their vehicle doors and not to leave valuable items in plain sight. Further, residents are advised to practive good common-sense home security by closing garage doors and locking doors and windows on their homes as well.
