A coastal low that will move rapidly northeast up the east coast will potentially bring widespread heavy snow to all of the region Thursday night into Friday before winding down later Friday.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of, central and southern New Hampshire and southwest Maine.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.
