3rd Precinct Community Service Officer M. Silva along with Sergeant Velez and members of the Crime Prevention Unit conducted a Community Walk along with members of the Newark Code Enforcement Bureau to conduct visit businesses in the area of Monroe and Ferry streets as well as Washington and Hill streets.
