Summary: The Georgia Emergency Management Agency, in conjunction with the National Weather Service in Peachtree City, is forecasting the potential of freeze Watch issued 9 pm November 10, 2018 expiring 10 am November 11, 2018.

• Temperatures are expected to be around the upper 20s to lower 30s.

• Freezing temperature may kill sensitive vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

• Pets sensitive to very cold temperatures should also be protected or brought in.

Clayton County: Temperatures may dip below freezing in cold spots as early as 3 am, becoming more widespread into daybreak. 

Freeze Warning: sub-freezing temperatures are imminent, and in this case, occurring overnight into early Sunday during the pre-dawn hours, lasting through an hour or two after sunrise.
