Detectives arrest Terrence Tucker in Los Angeles for strong arm robbery

SUSPECT: Terrence Tucker, age 23 a resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, November 1, 2018, at approximately 12:30 pm, Highland deputies responded to the area of Highland Avenue and San Manuel Village following the report of a traffic collision. The reporting party said two subjects assaulted the driver and stole his wallet and property. When deputies arrived, they discovered the victim was robbed of a large sum of money.
The victim was close to the intersection of Highland Avenue and San Manuel Village when his vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle. When the victim got out of the vehicle to gather information from the other driver, he was attacked. The suspect threw the victim down onto the ground while a second suspect entered the victim's vehicle and took the victim’s backpack. Through investigation the suspect was identified as Terrence Tucker of San Bernardino. On November 5, 2018, Tucker was located and arrested in the city of Los Angeles.
