Dense Fog Advisory until 10:00AM

Patchy dense fog has begun to develop across the area this morning and is expected to expand over the next couple of hours. Visibilities of 1/2 mile or less can be expected in some locations. When driving, visibilities may change rapidly over short distances. When encountering dense fog, remember to use low beam headlights for better visibility. Conditions are expected to improve by mid- morning. The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions as visibilities can rapidly fluctuate over short distances.
