Subject: Robbery Suspects Arrested
 
Location: 400 block of 27^th Street Manhattan Beach, CA 90266
 
On October 8, 2018 at approximately 2:37 a.m., the Manhattan Beach Police Department responded to a call of a home invasion robbery in the 400 block of 27^th Street. Three male black suspects entered a residence armed with handguns.  The suspects tied up two victims, ransacked the residence, and stole the victim’s vehicle. 
 
Detectives conducted an investigation and identified a female juvenile from Los Angeles as the primary suspect and a second suspect as Jermaine Myles, 21 years old from Los Angeles.  The investigation revealed the suspects befriended the victims via Instagram and were invited to their residence on the day of the crime.  Detectives determined the female juvenile suspect orchestrated the robbery while three male suspects carried it out.    
 
On November 5, 2018, the Manhattan Beach Police Department SWAT team, assisted by the Gardena Police Department SWAT team served a search warrant in the 5500 block of Langport Avenue in Long Beach.  The female juvenile suspect and Myles were taken into custody. 
 
The female juvenile suspect was charged with robbery, burglary, and conspiracy.  Myles was charged with kidnapping, robbery, burglary and conspiracy.  Detectives are currently attempting to identify the two additional outstanding armed robbery suspects.  Detectives also recovered the victim’s stolen vehicle in the City of Los Angeles.
