Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on 11/02/2018 at approximately 1434 hrs, his office was called to the area of Kingsbury St near Oak Grove Rd, in La Grange Township, Cass county Michigan, for a single vehicle roll over crash. 49 yr old Dowagiac resident, Tracy Justus, was westbound on Kingsbury St when she lost control of her vehicle and went off the roadway. The vehicle struck a tree which then caused it to roll. Justus was transported by LifeCare Ambulance to Lakeland Hospital in Niles for treatment. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor and it is believed that seat belts were not worn. This case remains under investigation.
