Lane closures for Malibu Half Marathon - Sun 11/4, between 5AM-1PM 
The southbound No. 1 lane and shoulder on PCH, from Leo Carillo State Beach to Westward Bch Rd, will be closed Sunday, November 4, between 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for the Malibu Half Marathon & 5K.
The southbound lane of Westward Beach Rd, from PCH to Zuma Beach Rd, will also be closed between 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Motorists should expect delays and allow extra time through the area.
