Trick-or-Treat in Lebanon City is scheduled for tonight from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Lebanon City Police Department reminds you to put safety first.

--Motorists should be aware of little ghosts and goblins crossing the street.

--Young children should always be accompanied by an adult or an older, more responsible child.

-- All children should WALK, not run, from house to house.

--Children should only go to homes where residents are known and have outside lights on as a sign of welcome.

--Warn children not to eat any treats until an adult has carefully examined them for evidence of tampering.

--Children should wear reflective clothing and/or carry a flashlight
