* WINDS...West to northwest wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph expected in portions of the Kern County mountains and desert.
* TIMING...Until 2 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEASTERN KERN COUNTY DESERT
