#012 False ID/Unlicensed Driver Arrest
At 10:44 a.m., Officer Crow conducted a traffic stop at Union St/Fremont Blvd and contacted the 33 year old driver. After lying about his identity, the male was arrested for being an unlicensed driver and several warrants.
 
#013 Robbery Arrest
At 11:24 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Safeway store in Irvington on the report of a robbery.  The caller reported that a suspect stole something and when confronted, struck an employee.  While the reporting party was on the phone with dispatch, the suspect chased the victim through the store.  The employee locked himself into an office and the suspect proceeded to attempt to break down the door. Sergeant Aranguren arrived on scene and saw a subject matching the description running out of Safeway.  Sergeant Aranguren detained the suspect, who was identified as a 24 year old adult male.  The suspect was arrested for robbery as well as two misdemeanor warrants.  He was booked at Santa Rita jail.
 
#027 Warrant Arrest
Staff from the Islander Motel reported a male brandishing a knife at a female.  The male was identified, however the crime was unfounded.  The female was found to have an active felony no bail burglary warrant.  The 40 year old was arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail.   
 
#033 Auto Burglary
Officer Fuellenbach took an auto burglary report at Fry’s.  A second victim vehicle was reported to loss prevention, but the driver left prior to our arrival.  Suspect vehicle is described as a black sedan.
 
#046 Warrant Arrest
Security working at an office building in the 40000 Block of Fremont Blvd. reported a male subject sleeping inside of one of the restrooms. Officers contacted a 43 year old adult male who was found to have a misdemeanor warrant stemming from a previous Fremont case. The male was cite-released.

-IH #8457:  Transient subject was banging on windows at Civic Center Starbucks
-IH #8495:  Transient subject yelling at customers/employees at the Fremont Surgery Center
-IH #8505:  Transient subject defecating in the parking lot of the AM/PM off Thornton
-IH #8565:  Transient subject was smoking marijuana and cutting a wire fence near juveniles playing in the area of Blacow/Roberts
-IH #8574:  Transient subject reported to be waiting for a business close in order to sleep in their restroom
-IH 8333: Transient subject with a shopping cart full of items was in front of the door to the Counter restaurant refusing to leave.
-IH 8349:  A subject was asleep in an elevator located in the 45900 block of Warm Springs Blvd. 
-IH #8437:  Ongoing issue with a transient male who uses the restroom at the Starbucks (Ohlone location).  The manager requested a trespassing citation due to ongoing issue, however the male was gone by the time officers arrived. 
-IH #8619:  Two transient subjects were reported to be harassing customers at the7-eleven store located on Chapel
 
#006 Trespassing Notice: Officer were dispatched to the Centerville Library regarding a transient male yelling and intimating people.  Officers contacted the 32 year old adult male and issued him a trespass notice.
