Night work requires eastbound through traffic to be rerouted off of 85th Street between Wornall Road and Boone Boulevard. The detour allows crews room to make repairs to a water main. Eastbound traffic along this stretch of 85th Street will detour south to 89th Street, east to Holmes Road and back north to 85th Street. Access to adjacent properties will be maintained. The work is anticipated to be completed by the weekend, weather permitting. Again, this only affects eastbound travelers on this stretch of 85^th Street.
