#006 Terroristic Threats/Battery: 
An intoxicated 52 year old male was arrested for battery and threatening to kill his family members.   
 
#007 Commercial Burglary Attempt
Officer Wong investigated a commercial burglary attempt that occurred at the Target store located at the Fremont Hub Shopping Center.  A 38 year old adult male transient attempted to pry open the doors of Target and was confronted by employees.  He fled to Subway and hid in the bathroom but was located and ultimately arrested. 
 
Homeless call:  Trespassing
Officer Wong and Officer Gigliotti contacted a 48 year old adult male in front of Peet’s Coffee and issued him a trespass warning.
 
#020 Auto Burglary
Unknown suspect(s) broke into a truck bed of a parked vehicle, located in the 4100 block of Greenland Terrace and stole tools.
 
#040, #041 and #044 Auto Burglaries
4100 blk of Cushing Pk – Three vehicles were burglarized, and the loss was electronic and personal items. A possible suspect in all three burglaries was a vlack male adult, in his 40’s, possibly associated to a white SUV.
 
#020 Possession of a Loaded Handgun in a Vehicle
Zone 3 officers respond to the Durham Green Apartments, located in the 43500 block of Grimmer on the report of a subject asleep in his car with a handgun on the passenger seat, while parked in a parking stall.  Officers coordinate a response and were able safely detain the subject while he snored, while also recovering the loaded handgun.

#006 Resisting Arrest
At 7:22 a.m., officers were dispatched a domestic battery in progress at the Teen Center.  The caller stated a male and female were hitting each other in the middle of the parking lot.  As officers attempted to investigate they approached the male and tried to detain him.  He recfused to comply and walked away from the scene.  The suspect, a 28 year old adult male, continued to ignore commands.  Eventually the male was arrested and booked into jail on charges of obstructing/resisting.  The original victim of the domestic battery did not want prosecution.  Case investigated by Officer Wong. 

#IH P18127044 Warrant Service
Officers were dispatched a family disturbance on Mowry Ave.  Upon arrival, they met with a 26 year old adult male who had an outstanding warrant.  He was arrested for the warrant.

#027 Vandalism
Officers investigated a vandalism at Charter Square.  A 29 year old male suspect jumped on the hood of a random community member’s BMW.  The male then ran into the Lucky store and stole two bottles of alcohol.  The male was arrested for felony vandalism and petty theft.  He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.

#009 Stolen Vehicle Arrest
At approximately 4:10 a.m., Officer Dennis located a gray Infiniti sedan that came back stolen. A brief pursuit was initiated on westbound Central Ave.  The pursuit ended when the stolen Infiniti ran into the sound wall where Central Ave meets Newark Blvd.  The lone suspect was apprehended almost immediately by responding units.    Thanks to the NPD Units for their assistance!

#021 Battery, Public Intoxication and Terroristic Threats
Officers were dispatched to the area of Eggers and Fremont Blvd for a reported disturbance.  A 54 year old adult male chased a victim into the middle of the street after threatening to beat them.  The suspect is contacted and arrested.
 
#027 DUI Arrest
Officer Berrier conducted a traffic stop on Mission Blvd near Pine St.  A 25 year old adult male  was arrested for DUI and booked at Fremont Jail.
 
#028 Unlicensed Driver Arrest
Officer Heidebecht and FTO O’Neal conducted a traffic stop on Fremont Blvd and Mowry Ave.  The 24 year old driver was cited for being an unlicensed.
 
#029 Unlicensed Driver Arrest
Officer Heidebecht and FTO O’Neal conducted a traffic stop on Farwell Dr and Mowry Ave.  A 35 year old adult male was cited for being an unlicensed driver.
 
#002 Commercial Burglary
Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm at SBC Liquors on Grimmer Blvd.  Officers arrived on scene and found the entry was made via forcing the front doors open.  Case investigated by Officer Tatola.
