Officers located a stolen vehicle traveling in the area of Highland Ave and Rosecrans Ave, which was occupied by five subjects. When the occupants observed an officer, they parked the vehicle and all five fled on foot. One of the occupants forced entry into a residence and was quickly detained. All suspects are in custody.
