Dawan was last seen in Perth Amboy on 10/17/18 at 8 a.m. His Mercedes Metris white work van was last seen in Bushwick Ave. in Brooklyn, New York on 10/17/18 at 6 p.m. Victim's description: African American male, 38 years old, 6ft, and 150 lbs. Last seen wearing black jacket, black nike sneakers, and a Yankees hat. Mr. Palms has a tattoo "Kellie" on his left forearm, and a scorpion tattoo on his right forearm.
