STREET CLOSURE: City Parade. Whittier Blvd. from 4th St. to Park Ave. starting at 5:00 am. Parade starts at 10:00 am 
Tomorrow is the City of Montebello's 98th Anniversary Celebration. To help celebrate the city is hosting a parade and festival. The parade starts at 10:00 am and is followed by the festival at City Park. Starting at 5:00 am, Whittier Blvd. will be closed from 4th St. to Park Park Ave. Please use alternate routes as the road closures will be strictly enforced. The streets should be open shortly after the conclusion of the parade.
