Power outage in Civic Center, Rambla, Las Flores Cyn areas - traffic signals out Las Flores to Cross Creek Rd 
Southern California Edison (SCE) reported a power outage caused by a traffic collision is affecting customers in the Civic Center area, Rambla Pacifico, Rambla Orienta, Las Flores Cyn Rd, and portions of PCH. There is no estimate for when power will be restored.
Traffic signals are out on PCH from Las Flores Cyn Rd to Cross Creek Rd. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes, if possible.
