Expect traffic delays on Red Bluff Rd (by Packsaddle BBQ) Friday 8AM-5PM due to Transformer installation @Substation. 
On Friday, October 19, 2018, traffic will be reduced to one lane on a stretch of Red Bluff Road near Packsaddle BBQ as crews transport and install a new transformer at a nearby substation.
The delay is expected to begin around 8:00 a.m. and continue for six to eight hours. Crews will be working to redirect traffic in the area in an attempt to make the necessary delay run smoothly and safely for workers and nearby residents.
Commutes for residents on Red Bluff Road, Red Bluff Lane, Red Bluff Ramp Road, Red Bluff Circle, and Middle Concho Drive will be interrupted so plan accordingly.
