SCE no longer monitoring Malibu for potential power safety shutoff 
Southern California Edison (SCE) has notified the City that it is no longer monitoring Malibu for implementation of its Power Safety Shutoff Program (PSPS) in Malibu as of Tuesday morning, October 16, since high wind activity has greatly subsided.
