AVOID Old Crompond Rd (between Stony St and Crompond Rd) - Road Closure 8 P.M. tonight. 
Excavation will be underway tonight on Old Crompond Rd in the area near the Hudson Valley Steakhouse and Adrian Auto Body to relocate a section of the existing water main piping that conflicts with the new sanitary sewer piping scheduled to be installed soon. The work has been coordinated with the Yorktown Water Department.
Residents along Old Crompond Road will be notified by the contractor (Spatz) to use the upper entrance to Old Crompond Road during the evening/nighttime hours.
On site work is scheduled to start at 8:00 P.M.
All work and road patching is anticipated to be completed by 7:00 A.M. Tuesday morning.
