The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Freeze Warning, which is in effect from 11 PM CDT /midnight EDT/ this evening to 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ Tuesday.

* TEMPERATURE...Upper 20s to near 30.

* IMPACTS...Sensitive outdoor plants and vegetation will be killed if left uncovered or not brought indoors.

* AFFECTED AREAS: JASPER ... OGLE ... WINNEBAGO ... LA SALLE ... NEWTON ... KENDALL ... BENTON ... BOONE ... FORD ... MCHENRY ... KANE ... LAKE ... LAKE ... DUPAGE ... KANKAKEE ... IROQUOIS ... GRUNDY ... DE KALB ... WILL ... PORTER ... LIVINGSTON ... LEE
