Robbery Investigation AT&T; Kendall Park Firehouse Open House Saturday

Robbery Investigation - AT&T
South Brunswick Police are investigating a robbery which took place Thursday afternoon at the AT&T store 3917 Route 1 South. At 2:19pm South Brunswick Police received a 911 call of a theft of two phones from the store. Witnesses indicated the suspect had cut the security locks on the phones, grabbed them off the counter, and fled. An employee had chased the suspect, but the suspect turned and threatened the employee with a knife. Officers arrived and determined the suspect had run into the DCN Hyundai dealership parking lot. Video from nearby Reilly's Collision Center showed the suspect got into the passenger side of newer model black Volkswagen that was parked in the dealership lot and fled the scene. Police believe the suspects are connected to other cell phone store thefts around the State.
Suspect was described as a dark skinned male wearing a blue baseball hat, white shirt, and grey shorts.

Kendall Park Volunteer Fire Company Open House this Saturday October 13th from 1pm-4pm (Rain or Shine).
The free event will be held at the firehouse located at 125 New Road in Kendall Park and will feature Sparky the Fire Dog, Fire Equipment on display and our interactive smoke trailer.
Come meet your volunteers and learn the importance of fire safety for your entire family.  There will be free safety giveaways for the kids and a free smoke detector raffles!  Come out and enjoy the day with free hotdogs, popcorn, kids T-Shirts, and sand art.
