FLOOD WARNING issued for Lumberton, use caution in low-lying areas around Landing St. & Bridge Rd. 
North Branch of Rancocas Creek from Pemberton to Vincentown is near flood stage with high tide expected later this evening. Low-level flooding already present @ Ed Brown's Meadow, potentially along Bridge Rd. and Landing St. near creek banks. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH STANDING WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. Warning will continue though Sat. morning unless cancelled by NWS. /LumOEM
