* At 701 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended. However, two to four inches of rain fell across the area overnight and it will take time for all of the water to drain and recede. Several roads remain flooded across the area. Do not go around cones or barricades.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, Middletown, Jackson, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan, Willingboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Florence, Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly, Riverside and Manasquan.
