Subject: Missing Person/Found Body
On October 8th at approximately 10:20pm the Oregon Police Department received a report of a missing 22-year-old female, Skyln Tibbals, age 22. On October 9th at approximately 11:00am, Sun Prairie Police Department found her deceased in her motor vehicle parked in the Walmart parking lot (1905 McCoy Road, Sun Prairie) from an apparent drug overdose. There is no suspicion of foul play.
