* Flood Warning for... Northwestern Rutherford County in western North Carolina... Eastern Henderson County in western North Carolina... Western Polk County in western North Carolina... Southeastern Buncombe County in western North Carolina...
* Until 330 PM EDT.
* At 1131 AM EDT, Excessive runoff continued throughout the Rocky Broad, Green and Upper Pacolet basins after this morning's and last night's very heavy rainfall. Many rivers, streams and creeks in these areas will take much of the afternoon to return to within their banks.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbus, Tryon, Lake Lure, Saluda, Chimney Rock Village, Chimney Rock State Park, Bat Cave, Tuxedo, Lake Adger and Dana.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HENDERSON, NC ... BUNCOMBE, NC ... POLK, NC ... RUTHERFORD, NC
