Highland's FESTIVAL OF THE TRAIL will be Saturday October 13th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00PM. It will be held on Jewett, between Kennedy and 4th St. Jewett, between 4th & Kennedy, will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
