Luis Quintana of Victorville is arrested for Arson

SUSPECT: Luis Quintana, 29 year old male out of Victorville
VICTIM: City of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at 2:30 a.m., the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department responded to a fire alarm call at the Central Park building in Rancho Cucamonga. A fire was started by unknown means causing the fire alarm and sprinklers to activate. The San Bernardino County Sheriff Department conducted an investigation and determined the fire was set intentionally and identified the suspect to be Luis Quintana.
On October 4th, Luis Quintana was arrested for arson and failure to register as an arson registraint. He was booked into the Central Detention Center.
