Wind Advisory until 09:00PM Saturday 
The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM to 9 PM PDT Saturday.
* WINDS...West to northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. Locally stronger gusts are possible near and below the passes and canyons. The strongest gusts are expected in the afternoon into the early evening hours.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Highways affected include 14, 58, 178, and 395. Strong cross winds are possible at times. Reduced visibility due to blowing dust and sand is also possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... INDIAN WELLS VALLEY ... SOUTHEASTERN KERN COUNTY DESERT
