The Folsom High School homecoming parade is rescheduled for 3:30 p.m. today (October 5.) The parade begins at Sandra Gallardo Elementary School and ends at Folsom High School. Motorists are advised that Russi Road and Grover Road will be briefly closed to accommodate the parade. The closure is expected to last until approximately 4 p.m.
