Full Notification

As all of our Nixle subscribers are aware, the Spotswood Police Department has officially taken over all law enforcement functions for the Borough of Helmetta as of May 1, 2018. In an effort to consolidate resources and make our notification capabilities more efficient, we will no longer be transmitting Nixle messages under the former Helmetta Police Department account. As of 12:00 AM on October 8, 2018, this account will be terminated.

All Helmetta residents and any subscribers wishing to receive messages pertaining to Helmetta Borough news or advisories are asked to do with the following:
1) Access your personal Nixle account.
2) Under the “Settings” tab, you can conduct an agency search.
3) Type in “Spotswood Police” and add us as an agency you would like to receive messages from.

Effective October 8, 2018, you will no longer be able to receive Helmetta advisories/messages unless you have selected the Spotswood Police Department under your personal settings.
