FCC/FEMA Emergency Alert System test scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct 3rd at 2:18 PM 
The FCC and FEMA will be testing the Emergency Alert System NATIONWIDE tomorrow, Wednesday, October 3rd.
The test will run from 2:18 PM to 2:48 PM.
CELLPHONES will receive a text message 1 time. The text will read:
PRESIDENTIAL ALERT
"THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed."
