Nationwide Wireless Emergency Alert Test | Wednesday 10/3/18 
On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, starting at 1:18PM CST, FEMA will be conducting a Nationwide Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) and Emergency Alert System (EAS) test using the Presidential alert code.
The test requires no action on the receivers part, it is simply to validate that the WEA/EAS system is functioning as designed.
