The National Weather Service issued a high surf advisory with dangerous rip currents forecast through Tues morning at south facing beaches. Tropical Storm Rosa is also expected to bring possible flooding in low-lying coastal areas at high tides. Rain is expected Wednesday into Wednesday evening with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
