Santel Telephone is experiencing a major fiber cut, therefore customers in the Ethan, Mt. Vernon, Tripp and Parkston areas are without 911 service. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 from a celluar device. Repair time is still on going. We will advise when the repair is complete.
