Valencia: Zone 5 - Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information for the week of 09/10/18 to 09/16/18

The following crimes are currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives:
 
09/10/18, Monday
 
09/11/18, Tuesday
Burglary:  24000 block of Trevino Place.  An unknown suspect made entry into a locked storage shed and stole numerous power tools.     
 
09/12/18, Wednesday
 
09/13/18, Thursday
Burglary, possession of a controlled substance.  23000 block of Valencia Boulevard.  Two male suspects were arrested near the location after they entered a store and stole numerous items.  The suspects were seen inside their car using needles to ingest narcotics.    
 
 
 
09/14/18, Friday
GTA: 24000 block of Creekside Drive.  An unknown suspect stole a 2014 GMC Yukon from the location while it was parked on the lot.
Petty Theft: 27000 block of Highlands Lane.  An unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked car and stole numerous personal items including the victim’s wallet.   
 
 
09/15/18, Saturday
Vandalism / Petty theft. 24000 block of Valencia Boulevard.  Two male suspects were arrested after they stole a donation jar from the location. 
 
09/16/18, Sunday
Assault with a deadly weapon: 27000 block of McBean Parkway.  A male suspect was arrested near the location after he pulled a knife on the victim and threatened to stab him.
