Advisory

The next phase of the town infrastructure repair begins Wednesday, September 26 at 7am on Mountain Avenue.

The road will be closed to THRU TRAFFIC (this means drivers who don't live on or immediately off of Mountain Avenue that drive down the street to access to Route 206 or Elm Road).

Residents of Mountain Avenue, Henderson, Quarry Lane, Bayard Lane, Morgan Place, and the Glen will be allowed to and from their homes during the closure except when milling/paving is occurring directly in front of their homes. Residents of Pardoe are encouraged to use Westerly/Wilson Roads to access their homes.

Accommodations will be made for school buses, mail and trash pick-up. The multi-use path will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists during the road work.
