The Green Bay Police Department has an important message for you regarding the release of a sex offender to the community. 
Please see the attached photo as this subject is being released into our community. Jason A Stache 4-14-79, M/W, 5'03", 125lbs, was convicted in 2008 of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. He will be released to 1761 Shawano Ave, and will have the following conditions:
1)NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS; NO CONTACT WITH VICTIM;
2)Comp with Standards Sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring
3)Face to face contact with Law Enforcement, comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI Sex offender registry.
