In southeast Ohio, Gallia and Lawrence OH. In West Virginia, Barbour, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Raleigh, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Putnam, Ritchie, Roane, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Raleigh, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, Taylor, Upshur, Wayne, Wirt, and Wyoming.

* Soils across the area are nearly saturated due to previous rainfall. Additional showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain, are expected to affect the area through Monday afternoon.
