In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia, Wyoming.

* Through late tonight

* Soils across the area are nearly saturated due to previous rainfall. Additional showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain, are expected to affect the area tonight through Sunday night.

* Flash flooding of creeks, streams and low lying areas will be possible.
