Smoke from Castaic fire expected to reach East Kern 
Smoke from the 1,200 acre “Charlie” fire has already reached parts of the high desert. Residents in the Cal City area should expect the smoke to drift into town overnight as firefighters in Los Angeles County battle the grass fire.
