21400 block of PCH lane closures (La Costa area): #2 eastbound Wed & Fri, 9/26 & 9/28, and #2 westbound Thurs, 9/27
Work to be performed this week is layout and potholing to identify existing utilities. The project is for installation of a signaled crosswalk to improve safety for pedestrians crossing PCH in the La Costa area.
21400 block of PCH lane closures (La Costa area): #2 eastbound Wed & Fri, 9/26 & 9/28, and #2 westbound Thurs, 9/27 
Work begins the week of September 24 on the La Costa Area Pedestrian Improvements Project in the 21400 block PCH. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday, but traffic lane closures will be only from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Lane closures for the week of September 24 are:
- Wednesday September 26 - No. 2 eastbound lane closed 9AM-3PM
- Thursday September 27 - No. 2 westbound lane closed 9AM-3PM
- Friday, September 28 - No. 2 eastbound lane closed 9AM-3PM
