Just after 8:30pm, a four vehicle traffic collision occurred on southbound Gene Autry Trail, just south of Tachevah Dr.  Three vehicles were traveling northbound collided, then crossed over the center median and into oncoming southbound traffic, colliding with the fourth vehicle.  The collision resulted in one of the vehicles catching fire, but PSFD quickly arrived on scene and extinguished the blaze.  One female party was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries, and no other parties reported injuries at the time.  Alcohol and/ or drugs was determined not to be a factor in this collision.  Gene Autry Trail has been reopened, however the #3 lane remains closed as Cal Trans works to clear a fuel spill as a result of the collision.  It is expected the roadway will be fully opened by 3:00am.
