Full Notification

At approximately 3:50pm, two female juveniles were jogging in the area of Herrin Street and Voorhees Avenue when they observed a male subject masturbating in a vehicle.  The suspect is described as a male white, approximately 25 years old, light brown hair, unshaven, wearing a grey short sleeve shirt and black shorts.  The suspect’s vehicle is described as a black or dark grey 4-door compact with California license plates.  The suspect’s vehicle is possibly a Lexus.
