Joshua Doyle Homes Wanted For Murder And Ordered Placed On The Top Ten Most Wanted By Sheriff Victor Hill 
Joshua Doyle Holmes is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Javier Woods which occurred last night Friday, September 14, 2018 at 772 Pointe South Parkway, Jonesboro Georgia. Holmes should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS and was last seen driving a white 2012 Jeep Compass, Georgia Tag # RCV5585. Records flag Holmes as a Sovereign Citizen.
Holmes is described as a 26 year old black male 5”10 in height weighing approximately 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
The Sheriff has ordered Holmes placed on his top ten most wanted and has dispatched his elite Fugitive Squad to begin the manhunt for him.
