* IMPACTS...Visibilities will be a quarter of a mile or less at times. These poor visibilities will result in hazardous travel conditions.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CHAMPAIGN ... MIAMI ... DELAWARE ... UNION ... LOGAN ... AUGLAIZE ... DARKE ... MERCER ... CLARK ... HARDIN ... MADISON ... SHELBY
Instructions:
Motorists should use extra caution. Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you as objects on and near roadways will be seen only at close range due to low visibilities.
