Missing Elder Adult: Can you help us find this woman? She was last seen leaving her family's home in the 900 block of Addison Avenue around 3:30 p.m. this afternoon to go for a walk. She has not come home. Please help us return her to her loved ones.
Shanti Chattopadhyay is 84 years old and has dementia. She was wearing a blue angle-length dress and walks slowly.
We have notified surrounding police agencies, and we are actively looking for her right now.
If you see Mrs. Chattopadhyay, please call 9-1-1 and keep her under observation until officers arrive to help her.
