The Rolling Loud Festival, a 2-day music event is coming to the Oakland Coliseum this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, September 15th and 16th.
 
The event is expected to draw more than 40,000 people and will feature over 50 Hip Hop rap artists, the event will start at noon and run until 10 pm each day.
 
The San Leandro Police Department has implemented extra staffing to address any in town issues that may arise from the increase in traffic stemming from this event.
 
It is anticipated that the music from the festival will be heard in San Leandro, especially in the northern neighborhoods. The Oakland Police Department has set up a "complaint hotline" with the music producer for residents to call if needed.

Please note this event is not managed or controlled by the City of San Leandro. Noise complaints made to the San Leandro Police Department will immediately be referred to the Oakland Police Department.

The Oakland Police Department is asking residents who are disturbed by the noise to please call the Noise Hotline rather than the police dispatch center.
