Tropical storm force winds are very unlikely in our region.
Rough surf and high risk of rip currents is likely for our area over the weekend
Widespread heavy rain with the storm should stay mainly south of the area through this weekend, but outer bands could produce locally heavy showers and thunderstorms – highest chances for this over the Delmarva
Storm’s remnants could eventually bring more widespread heavy rain to the area around the middle of next week but this remains very uncertain at this time.
